○What is Auto Dry?

This humidity-controlled storage cabinet is useful in Japan, where humidity is high year-round.

It maintains a constant low humidity level of 40% or below, making it ideal for storing not only food but also pharmaceuticals and humidity-sensitive equipment such as cameras and condenser microphones.

○Camera

Mold grows on lenses.

Mold activates and grows in temperatures between 10 and 35°C and humidity levels of 60%. Mold grows in almost all seasons except winter.

Auto Dry keeps humidity below 40%, making it ideal for mold prevention.

○Condenser Microphone

Condenser microphones, which collect sound by vibrating a diaphragm, have a delicate drive system.

If mold grows on the diaphragm due to moisture, sound quality will deteriorate and noise will occur.

Condenser microphones are stored in desiccators (humidity-controlled storage cabinets) in recording studios.

○ 3D printer materials
The filament materials used in 3D printers are also sensitive to moisture, and if moisture is absorbed, the model will not print properly.
ABS resin, PLA resin, PVA resin, and nylon can all be stored.
