SD91 is a super-classic Kluson-type guitar peg. This is the type of peg that was mainly used in Fender's vintage style guitars. The high-precision gears that only GOTOH can provide provide excellent tuning stability! This is a standard shaft type where the string is inserted from the top of the shaft and wrapped around it.
