oplab module - the magical module that links instruments to your OP-Z

OP-Z is a groundbreaking multimedia synthesizer/sequencer packed with features in a compact body. Have you ever wanted to harness the power and flexibility of OP-Z and use it in conjunction with other instruments?

The new oplab module allows you to magically link your OP-Z with other instruments. The oplab module is the first hardware expansion module for OP-Z. Simply insert the oplab module into the back of your OP-Z and you can connect it to any hardware synthesizer, including pocket operators and modular synthesizers, or any device that uses standard CV and gates. The three built-in CV outputs and one gate output can all be configured and controlled from the OP-Z.

For example, if you connect a palm-sized PO series to your OP-Z through the oplab module, you can play it in sync with the po sync out signal from the pocket operator.

To connect to standard MIDI devices, you can use a 3.5mm jack MIDI cable or the included MIDI over DIN adapter cable. Oplab is equipped with both MIDI IN/OUT and TRIG IN/OUT inputs and outputs, allowing you to connect to a variety of synthesizers and sequencers. You can also easily change and control settings while viewing various parameters through the dedicated mobile or PC application.

Note:
- The maximum ratings are the upper limits beyond which damage may occur. Always check the voltage level of external devices before connecting them to the oplab module. All outputs are short-circuit tolerant.

- Never connect the 3.5mm plug attached to the module connector to microphone or line level inputs on audio equipment such as sound cards, mixers, or synthesizer inputs/outputs. This can result in the following:

- Phantom power from the sound card's microphone input may destroy the OpLab's ports.

- Input voltage from the OpLab's CV or GATE may damage the line-in or line-out stage.
