SPL / Gemini Black

Gemini is an M/S processor that uses 120V technology developed by SPL. MID signals (voice/snare/bass, etc.) are clearly separated from SIDE signals (guitar/cymbals/spatial sounds, etc.) and can be processed separately.

*This product requires an outlet capable of supplying AC115V 50/60Hz. Please note that it cannot be used properly with a normal household outlet (AC 100V) without boosting voltage.

The best way to access each element in the mix is M/S coding. Gemini allows you to position the MID signal within the stereo image using the balance control. The trim control allows you to adjust the level of the MID signal relative to the SIDE signal. In conjunction with the STEREO WIDTH control, you can adjust the mix ratio of both channels. It also has an ELLIPTIC FILTER that can cut the low frequencies of the SIDE band.
