Variations

Valve guide for old YAMAHA YEP and YBB series. Piston movement is smoother. Recommended for equipment maintenance.

■Resin (vinyl chloride) valve guide
■For older models of YEP321 and YBB321
Processing of parts may be required depending on the model and condition of the instrument.

[Precautions for use]
■If the screw head of the metal guide is damaged or stuck, ask a technician to replace it.
■If operation is not smooth after installation, cleaning the grooves of the piston casing guide and grinding the protruding parts of the guide may be necessary.

YEB-321Sでは要加工

YEPとYBB用ということですが古いYEB-321Sに装着してみました。
結果的には使えますし、貴重なパーツなのでとても有用だと思うのですが、YEB（Eb管）で使用した場合はシリンダーのガイド溝に入る凸部が少し長い（出っ張りすぎ）ていてそのままではピストンがシリンダーに入らず、凸部をヤスリ等で削ってやる必要があります。YEPやYBBでは無加工で使えるのかもわかりませんが、試していないのでそこはわかりません。
もしBbバスとEbバスでガイド溝の深さが違うのであれば、ぜひEbバス用も出していただきたいと切に願います。
