※Regarding the Warranty
If any of the following lamp manufacturing defects occur, we will replace the lamp based on the results of our investigation.
1) Total luminous flux is 50% or less of the original value (including cases due to blackening, devitrification, etc.)
2) Failure to light
3) Flicker
4) Damage
In addition, if the optical components are damaged due to a lamp explosion, we will reimburse the cost of the optical components and the replacement labor costs (subject to a compensation limit) based on the results of our investigation.

Cases Not Covered by Warranty
1. If it is determined that the cause was improper lamp handling.
2. If it is determined that the cause was a malfunction in the projector equipment.
3. If no abnormalities were found in the lamp and it is determined that it is usable.
4. If it was used beyond the warranty lifetime.
5. If it was used in an incompatible projector equipment.
5. If we are not notified within 10 days of the damage occurring.
6. If the actual lamp, documentation, or other items necessary to investigate the cause of the damage are not provided.
7. If documentation, settlement agreements, etc. necessary to calculate and determine the amount of compensation are not provided.
8. Any indirect damages, such as business interruption losses, lost profits, or lost opportunities.
9. Damages caused by fire, natural disasters, earthquakes, etc.
10. If there is an error in the lamp settings.

Regarding Lamp Disposal:
In accordance with Article 3 of the Waste Management and Public Cleansing Act, it is the customer's responsibility to properly dispose of used lamps.
XBO lamps have very high internal pressure even when cold, so the pressure must be released before disposal. Wear protective clothing, place the lamp in a protective cover, place it in a plastic box, and drop it from a height of more than one meter to ensure the lamp breaks before disposal.

For functional reasons, XBO lamps contain intentionally added small amounts of radioactive material (Th-232 <2000 Bq per lamp) in the form of thoriated tungsten. In accordance with IAEA Basic Safety Standard BSS 115, XBO is manufactured under regulated conditions as a consumer product. As shown in various studies, including IAEA safety reports, the radiological impact (radiation exposure) of an XBO lamp over its entire life cycle is negligible (<10 μSv per year), far below natural background radiation (approximately 500-1500 microsieverts per hour). Notify waste disposal companies that the lamp contains high-pressure gas (if the lamp is not vented) and radioactive material.
