A 5-band mastering equalizer that allows you to switch between two types of Q for each band.
*This product requires an outlet that can supply AC115V 50/60Hz. Please note that it cannot be used properly with a normal household outlet (AC 100V) that does not boost the voltage.
Floordinal-Q mode? / Constant-Q mode?
Each frequency hunt consists of two full harmonic equalizers. One is a constant-Q mode? and the other is a flordinal-Q mode?, and you can choose either one for each hunt. In the case of the constant-Q mode?, the selected bandwidth does not affect the cain, so it is suitable for correction applications (for example, removing unnecessary frequencies).
In the case of the flordinal-Q mode?, the cain becomes smaller as the bandwidth increases, and conversely, the cain becomes larger as the bandwidth decreases. At the narrowest bandwidth setting, the maximum can width extends to +/-20dB, while at the widest setting it reduces to +/-2.8dB. The spatial-Q mode allows intuitive operation, making it suitable for creative sound shaping applications.
Frequency
Each channel has five frequency hunts. All hunts are fully parametric and can be turned on/off independently. The operating frequency range is from 10Hz to 24kHz.
Frequency Range
LF(Low Frequencies): 10Hz - 330Hz
LMF(Low Mid Frequencies): 33Hz - 1kHz
MF(Mid Frequencies): 128Hz - 4.1kHz
HMF(High Mid Frequencies): 310Hz - 10kHz
HF(High Frequencies): 760Hz - 24kHz
Q
Adjusts the bandwidth. The full Q mode adjusts the bandwidth from 0.08Q to 5.8Q, and the constant Q mode adjusts the bandwidth from 0.6Q to 15Q.
1?4 Gain
When the 1?4 Gain switch is on, the adjustment range of the phototensioner increases from a maximum of +/-20dB to +/-5dB. This allows fine correction for the master link.
Auto Bypass
When you want to objectively evaluate effect-processed material, you can use the Auto Bypass function to automatically switch between the original and processed signals at a set interval, rather than manually. This is a great advantage as it allows you to concentrate on your evaluation without moving from your monitoring position.
Link
When the Link function is turned on, some of the settings made on one channel (LF, LMF, MF, MHF, HF on/off, Prop-Q) are reflected on the other channel.
