Apollo X Series is a Thunderbolt 3 audio interface that provides music producers, project studios, and post-production studios with recording, overdubbing, and mixing capabilities utilizing the best A/D and D/A conversion available today, HEXA Core UAD Processing, and surround monitoring*. It's compatible with both Mac and Windows.

Convenient front-panel monitor functions include an Alt Speaker, Talkback Mic, and an assignable Dim/Mono switch.

Please note that some computers equipped with a USB-C (Type-C) connector may not be Thunderbolt 3 compatible.
* Use of PCIe to Thunderbolt adapters, Thunderbolt to FireWire adapters, and Thunderbolt hubs is not supported.
* Compatibility with AMD processor environments has not been tested and is therefore not supported.
* Use in 2-in-1 systems (notebook/tablet) is not supported.
* Coexistence with UAD-1 devices is not supported.
* Use in Apple Boot Camp or virtual Windows environments is not supported.
* The Apple Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 adapter does not support hot-plugging into the computer's USB-C port.
UAD plug-ins other than those included as standard can be purchased from the UA Online Store.
*Important Notice
""USB-C (USB Type-C)"" refers simply to the connector shape. Therefore, not all USB-C ports support Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C connectors are also used for other protocols, such as USB 3.1 and USB 2.0). Please make sure that the computer and cables you will be connecting to Apollo X support Thunderbolt 3.
