【About warranty】
We will repair and adjust the instrument as much as possible for 3 years from the date of purchase, but shipping and minimum labor charges may be charged for the following items.
In addition, please contact us for repairs and maintenance that have exceeded the warranty period.

・Cracked or broken body
・Failures caused by lack of or insufficient maintenance due to the nature of the product
・Failures caused by negligence on the customer's part (bent keys, etc.)

・Peeling or discoloration of plating or paint caused by usage or environment
・Fitting adjustments made 30 days after purchase, or sticking of pistons or tuning slides
