[About the warranty]
We will repair and adjust the instrument as much as possible for 3 years from the date of purchase, but shipping and minimum labor fees may be charged for the following items.
In addition, please contact us for repairs and maintenance beyond the warranty period.

・ Repairs involving part replacement (felt, springs, screws, etc.)
・ Cracks and breaks in the body of the tube
・ Breaks caused by the nature of the product not being performed or not performing the necessary maintenance ・ Breaks caused by customer negligence (bent keys, etc.)
Wind instruments are difficult to maintain, so it is common for instruments to be broken unexpectedly.
- Peeling or discoloration of plating or paint due to usage or the environment.
- Fitting adjustments, pistons or slides stuck after 30 days from purchase.
