This piano features the highest-level recordings of Kawai's world-renowned grand pianos, including the ""SK-EX"" and ""EX"" concert grand pianos. All 88 keys were recorded in multiple stages, from soft to hard strikes, and the sounds were processed using PHI (Progressive Harmonic Imaging) technology to achieve a more sensitive touch and smoother tonal transitions.

With a maximum polyphony of 256 notes, you can enjoy playing songs that make extensive use of the damper pedal or feature many rapid successions without any dropouts.
■""Acoustic Rendering"" reproduces the resonance of a grand piano.
""Acoustic Rendering"" recreates the unique resonance of a grand piano, where the strings, bridge, damper, frame, and soundboard resonate with each other, creating a unique sound. Various resonances, such as damper resonance, string resonance, and open string resonance, are calculated and generated in real time.
■352 Voices with a Wide Variety, Including 10 Piano Voices
A rich selection of 10 high-quality piano voices, including the Kawai SK-EX Concert Grand Piano. In addition to choosing your favorite piano voice, the CN37 also offers 352 GM2 (General MIDI Level 2)-compatible voices, including a variety of instrument voices such as guitar and strings, as well as nine drum sets.

Not only can you enjoy playing with a wide variety of non-piano voices, but by connecting the CN37 to a computer or tablet, you can also compose and arrange ensembles using music production applications.
