Digital processing of compander/expander

Digital compander processing is performed by the DSP. By switching the mode, it is possible to communicate with Sony's 800 series and the conventional UWP series (transmitting to and receiving from other models).


・MIC/LINE input switching
Please use the electret condenser microphone ECM-77BC/9X (sold separately). (Please note that only ECM-77BC/9X and ECM-77BC can be used.) In addition, if you use the microphone conversion cable EC-1.5CF (sold separately), you can input the output of an audio device.


・Phase switching function
It has a phase switching function and supports reverse phase microphones.

-Highly visible display
The data display area is twice as large as that of conventional devices, improving visibility.

-Infrared transmission and reception function
The frequency and compander mode set in the UWP-D receiver are sent to the transmitter via the infrared transmission and reception function, and channel setting is completed in a short time.

-Abundant power supply operation
Three types of batteries can be used: alkaline dry batteries, nickel-metal hydride rechargeable batteries, and lithium batteries. In addition, the nickel-metal hydride rechargeable batteries set in this transmitter can be charged from a commercially available USB portable power source (USB micro B type). In addition, the system can be operated via USB power supply.
