Digital Synsations is a digital synth collection inspired by four iconic synthesizers from the '90s, including the KORG M1 and ENSONIQ VFX, and inherits their tones and textures. UVI's sound designers further refined the factory sounds to capture the distinctive features of these models in software. The more than 500 sound patches included in Digital Synsations are restored programs from the four featured models, used by renowned artists such as Depeche Mode, The Cure, Pet Shop Boys, Vangelis, Brian Eno, Toto, 808 State, and Jean Michel Jarre. UVI meticulously multisampled these custom patches using the highest quality equipment and professionally mastered them to the same quality as the finished music tracks you hear today.

DS77
Based on the original synth, this synth combines next-generation FM synthesis (AFM) with sampled sounds (AWM2) created using onboard memory and ROM expansion. The DS77 faithfully retains the authentic feel of the original while offering UVI's ease of use and modern parameters, while also offering new sound design and convenience.

DS1
The KORG M1, on which this synth is based, is a digital synthesizer that uses Ai (Advanced Integration) synthesis. Ai is a hybrid method that combines 16-bit multi-sampling with a harmonic table digitally analyzed from sampled waveforms, similar to the additive method. This synthesis method boasts diverse and unique sounds achieved through parallel processing.

DSX
The base model, the Ensoniq VFX, is a synthesizer that refines the PPG Wave wavetable synthesis method using the sampler technology of the time and a cutting-edge interpretation. It features the ability to layer and patch up to six high-quality sampled sounds, and tones can be constructed using a dual-mode filter, three 11-stage envelopes, an LFO, and high-quality 24-bit filters and effects.

DS90s
The base model is a major Japanese synthesizer with a pure digital signal path. Synthesis, combining 8-bit PCM samples and linear calculations, allows for a wide range of sound creation, from single hybrid sounds to complex cross-modulation with two oscillators.
