SENNHEISER AMBEO VR MIC supports Ambisonics for capturing and reproducing sound from the full 360-degree environment.

■ AMBEO VR MIC supports Ambisonics recording.

■ Ambisonics captures and reproduces the complete 360-degree sound field, including height and front/rear information as well as left/right stereo. It can be integrated into 360-degree video and compatible VR playback workflows to expand content-creation options.

■ AMBEO VR MIC makes Ambisonics recording possible with a single microphone. Four cardioid capsules arranged in a tetrahedral array output four-channel A-format. The free AMBEO A-B Format Converter plugin converts these signals to B-format for use with compatible DAWs and video-editing software.
