*6 When we provide repairs/support, we do not generally provide replacement units. We ask that you prepare a spare unit yourself. Malfunctions will usually be treated as repairs, and replacements will only be available in the case of initial defects, and will be handled at the discretion of our technical staff in accordance with the support regulations.
