Q: I don't understand the procedure for downloading the included software.
A: To download the bundled software, create a user account at "Manufacturer Site", then use your Scarlett as a product You need to register. After creating an account, enter the serial number on the bottom of the hardware at "Registration page" . Next, enter the product bundle code (PRODUCT BUNDLE CODE) included with the product and download the software from the My Account page.
