DPA / ST4006A

This microphone combines the MMC4006 capsule with the MMP-A preamp, providing high input sensitivity. It inherits the characteristics of the long-loved classic 4006, delivering a very flat frequency response and a low noise floor for natural sound capture.

This microphone delivers clarity and incredible resolution without altering the characteristics of the original sound, even when the sound source is some distance away, let alone close-up recording.
Three types of grids (DD0251, DD0254, DD0297) are included, and an optional nose cone is available that makes the microphone completely omnidirectional across the entire frequency range. You can customize the microphone to suit your program.
