KORG / DS-DAC-10R

This USB-DAC supports both recording and playback in DSD 5.6MHz and 2.8MHz, and PCM up to 192kHz/24bit. It also has a phono input terminal for direct connection to a record player.

・Equipped with a phono input terminal and ground terminal for direct connection to a record player. Records can be converted directly into high-resolution data with high-quality DSD sound, and songs can be managed in AudioGate. The input terminal also supports line-level input.

■ Built-in DSD phono equalizer.

・Supports five different curves in addition to the standard RIAA, allowing you to apply the equalizer during recording, or to apply it post-record to the original sound of the record.

■ Carefully selected parts are used to achieve the highest sound quality.

・Uses a PCM4202 (TI) AD converter. The phono amplifier's pre-stage circuit uses high-performance parts such as the OPA1662 (manufactured by TI) and thin-film polymer multilayer capacitors (PMLCAP/manufactured by Rubycon) to fully utilize the performance of the phono cartridge. The DA converter is the same CS4398 (manufactured by Cirrus Logic) used in the MR-2000S and DS-DAC series. It faithfully reproduces the original sound without coloring it.
■ Supports ""DSD native playback"" of 2.8224MHz and 5.6448MHz DSD files.

すばらしい。レコードを取りこむときにも重宝する

音楽制作用というより、レコードを取り込むときに重宝するインターフェースである。
ＧＮＤ端子が本体についているので、ＬＰプレイヤ―と繋ぎやすい。

フォノ・イコライザはＰＣ上のソフトウェアで自由に掛けることが可能なので、
一度イコライザなしで録音した後に、ＲＩＡＡなど適切なイコライザ処理を後で
行えるメリットがある。　なによりＤＳＤ収録に対応しているので、
貴重なレコード盤のデジタイズには欠かせない。
ＲＩＡＡでないＥＱカーブのＬＰもあるので、そういう希少な盤に対応できるところが
素晴らしい。　　ソフトはＰＣのパワーが無いと重めに感じる（特にＷｉｎｄｏｗｓ環境）。

音の色付けはほとんどない。素のようで貧弱に聞こえるが
それだけ原音忠実を意識したような構成なのだろうか。
