The 26-in / 28-out Clarett 8PreX Thunderbolt audio interface was designed for permanent installation in the studio.

Equipped with eight mic preamps, boasts best-in-class dynamic range and extremely low latency, there is no problem operating plug-ins while monitoring recordings through a DAW. The new Clarett mic preamps minimize noise and distortion and use the “Air” feature to model Focusrite's traditional transformer-based ISA preamps.

Q: I don't understand the procedure for downloading the included software.
A: To download the bundled software, create a user account at "Manufacturer Site", then use your Scarlett as a product You need to register. After creating an account, enter the serial number on the bottom of the hardware at "Registration page" . Next, enter the product bundle code (PRODUCT BUNDLE CODE) included with the product, and download the software from the My Account page. Please refer to the tutorial video at the top of the page.
