In a band ensemble, establishing the presence and distinctiveness of guitar and bass instruments is paramount to their sound output. NEO has fully adhered to the design concept of the QAC-222 cable, and through tuning techniques such as annealing the wire, we have created the shielded cable ""QAC-222G,"" which is designed for practical guitar use by adjusting the range and highlighting frequency bands and concentrating sound density.
We use OYAIDE ""SS-47"" solder, which is a major factor in determining the sound's character. It gives a sense of speed to each frequency band of dense sound within a concentrated range, achieving a rich and clear sound output. The phone plug, which is the point of contact with the instrument, has been completely redesigned for the QAC-222G. Machined brass ensures direct contact from the tip to the terminal, combining a more solid sound with robustness. The mild nickel plating also maximizes the cable's sharp characteristics, creating presence in the frequency range where the instrument should be.
