■Furry windscreen to reduce wind noise
When shooting outdoors, even the slightest breeze can introduce noise known as ""wind noise"" into the microphone. The included furry windscreen physically prevents this noise and is perfectly shaped for the DR-701D/DR-70D. Simply place it over the DR-701D/DR-70D's microphone unit to reduce wind noise.

■Shoe mount adapter for attaching to a camera's accessory shoe or the DR-701D/DR-70D itself
This shoe mount adapter features a mount for the accessory shoe at the bottom and a tripod thread at the top. By using it, you can attach the DR-701D/DR-70D to the accessory shoe of a digital SLR camera. Additionally, by using the accessory shoe on the DR-701D/DR-70D, you can attach a gun microphone or wireless microphone transmitter to the top of the DR-701D/DR-70D, allowing for more flexible setup.

■ 3.5mm stereo mini jack cable for both camera audio output and audio monitoring
The DR-701D/DR-70D is equipped with a CAMERA OUT/Line Out jack that allows you to record input audio directly to the camera. The two included 3.5mm stereo mini jack cables allow you to connect one cable between the CAMERA OUT jack and the camera's audio input jack, such as AUX IN, and the other between the camera's headphone output jack and the DR-701D/DR-70D's CAMERA IN jack, allowing you to monitor audio without having to reconnect headphones to the DR-701D/DR-70D and the camera.
