The MPX16 is a new sampler equipped with 16 backlit, velocity-sensitive pads. Sample your material from an SD card, assign it to any pad, and instantly play it back with simple operation. This compact stereo sampler is ideal for a variety of situations, from music production and performance in the studio or on stage to sound effects for events and plays.

・In and Out
The MPX16 handles everything from sampling to editing and playback with just one unit. It features a built-in microphone as well as external sources connected via the 1/4"" TRS input jacks (L/R), allowing you to easily sample familiar sounds. Sampled material can be edited in detail with level, pan, tune, trimming, envelopes, and filters, and then output to an external mixer or audio interface via the 1/4"" TS output jacks (L/R). Its compact body is packed with features, including a headphone jack for monitoring and a recording level knob.

・USB & MIDI
The MPX16 also features a full-size Type B USB connector and standard 5-pin MIDI input/output terminals. Connecting to a computer with a USB cable allows direct access to the SD card inserted in the MPX16, making it easy to manage the necessary sound files. You can also exchange MIDI signals with external software or MIDI devices via the USB or MIDI terminals. You can use the MPX16 as both a MIDI controller or an external sound module, combining various sounds and expanding your creative possibilities.

・Edit with Ease
Sample editing is also easy. A wide range of parameters, including sample tuning, mute groups, envelopes, trimming, panning, volume, filters, reverb, and more, can be set and edited directly on the unit. You can also turn the trigger pad's velocity on or off, making it ideal for playback of sound effects that do not require dynamics.
