If any of the following conditions apply, the warranty will not apply and repairs will be charged.

- Repairs involving part replacement (felt, springs, screws, etc.)
- Cracked or broken body
- Failures caused by insufficient or missing maintenance due to the nature of the product
- Failures attributable to customer negligence (bent keys, etc.)

Wind instruments are difficult to maintain, so accidental damage to instruments is common.
- Peeling or discoloration of plating or paint due to usage or environment
- Fitting adjustments or piston adjustments made more than 30 days after purchase
