*5 The fog machine may stop outputting due to a clogged heater unit. A clogged heater unit is not covered under the warranty.
*6 When we provide repairs/support, we generally do not provide replacement devices. We ask that you prepare your own spare device. In the event of a malfunction, the product will be treated as a regular repair, and a new product replacement will only be provided in the event of an initial defect, and will be handled at the discretion of our technical staff in accordance with our support regulations.
