This is an API500 compatible 6-band parametric equalizer equipped with AIR BAND.

- 650Hz band for bringing vocal tracks forward when boosted
- 2.5 kHz band for vocal accents or aggressive rock guitar
- AIR BAND band for adding sparkling high frequencies while preserving the original sound
- AIR GAIN gain control specifically for AIR BAND

The maag audio EQ4 is a 6-band equalizer featuring ""AIR BAND"" (2.5kHz-40kHz shelf boost) in API 500-6B lunchbox and 500VPR rack system formats.
As the successor to the company's EQ3 and EQ3-D, the EQ4 delivers unparalleled transparency and top-end presence while maintaining the natural sound of the background mix.
EQ adjustments minimize phase shift, and stepped controls allow for easy recall of settings.
