RedNet 5 connects RedNet systems to Pro Tools HD. Up to six devices can be connected to one Pro Tools HDX system, supporting 192 channels at 96kHz or 96 channels at 192kHz. RedNet 5 also supports Pro Tools HD native and Pro Tools HD (TDM). Comes with a reassuring 3-year Sound House warranty!

■Audio Interface

RedNet 5 allows you to use RedNet devices as Pro Tools inputs and outputs, eliminating the need for a RedNet PCIe card.

- Each RedNet 5 interface allows for 32 channels of input and output for audio transfer between RedNet and Pro Tools HD systems.

■What is RedNet?

RedNet is Focusrite's all-new professional audio interface. Focusrite hardware, featuring Dante, the next-generation multi-channel audio transmission standard, offers flexible system design and high reliability, delivering the quality required for live PA, installation sound, and recording systems.

RedNet can handle up to 256 inputs and outputs of digital audio using standard IP-based Ethernet devices. It can be used in standalone systems or in conjunction with Dante protocol-compatible products from many partner companies. This makes it suitable for systems in live PA, broadcast stations, and recording studios, as well as installation sound systems such as conference systems and in-building public address systems.

RedNet can be built using low-latency PCIe cards or virtual sound cards*, and can also be connected to ProTools HD/HDX/HD Native systems and MADI systems.
