SLATE DIGITAL / VBC Virtual Bus Compressors

This plug-in models three analog bus compressors: the SSL 4000, Focusrite RED, and Fairchild 670. Features high-pass and dry/wet mix knobs. It recreates the unique fluctuations, phase distortion, and harmonic distortion of transformers, vacuum tubes, VCAs, and amplifier circuits. Each program also includes presets created by top mixers.

Virtual Buss Compressors is a plug-in that models three historically important analog bus compressors. It faithfully reproduces the subtle nuances of real analog compressors, such as the inherent fluctuations of transformers, vacuum tubes, VCAs, and amplifier circuits, as well as phase and harmonic distortion.

All compressor programs included in VBC are equipped with a high-pass filter and a MIX knob for mixing the dry and compressed sound. When inserted in RACK mode, all compressors can be used simultaneously in series, and their order can be changed via drag and drop. Each compressor program also comes with presets created by top mixers.
