Oyaide's hit ""INS Series"" is centered around the multi-base insulator ""INS-BS,"" and has since released the hybrid carbon fiber ""INS-CF,"" high-rigidity stainless steel ""INS-SP"" (concave), and ""INS-US"" (convex). The flexible combination of these insulators has greatly expanded the possibilities of insulators. These ""mix-and-match insulators"" have been widely embraced by audiophiles, achieving astounding sales figures of over 20,000 sets since their release (as of June 2009 to February 2013). They have firmly established themselves as essential accessories for supporting audio equipment. Seeking further possibilities for the ""INS Series,"" we focused on the physical properties of natural stone. The physical properties of materials are the most important tuning point for audio equipment, and this is a common design philosophy shared by Oyaide Electric's insulators. After examining the physical properties of over 70 types of natural stones and conducting extensive listening, we discovered that black diamond and smoky quartz offer outstanding performance and individuality.


● Natural smoky quartz is cut with high precision in a Japanese jewelry workshop. Each natural stone insulator is meticulously mirror-polished by hand by a gemstone artisan.
