This oiled bone nut has long been used on Sonic guitars and basses, and has been highly requested for commercialization. Bovine bone, the traditional nut material, is infused with a special oil formula. This provides excellent string glide and stable tuning. It also exhibits less wear than standard bone nuts.
The OB-02 is designed for Gibson-style guitars with nuts attached to the edge of the fingerboard.
