MELLOTRON / M4000D MINI

This is a mini version of the MELLOTRON sample playback keyboard, the Digital Mellotron. While the keyboard size remains the same, the size and weight of the unit have been significantly reduced.

The M4000D mini Digital Mellotron is a mini version of the Mellotron M4000D Digital Mellotron, developed by Mellotron, a company based in Stockholm, Sweden. This ""mini"" version retains the 100 voices, easy-to-use control panel, and keyboard size of the M4000D, but is significantly smaller and lighter.

While the M4000D features a classic wooden body and keyboard reminiscent of a tape-based Mellotron, the M4000D mini features a sturdy steel body and semi-weighted piano keyboard made by Fatar of Italy, making it highly portable. Its pure white body stands out on stage, and the high-quality, ""authentic"" sound from Mellotron will captivate your audience.

The M4000D mini has been significantly downsized compared to the higher-end M4000D model, with a depth of approximately 60%, height of approximately 50%, and weight of approximately 55%. The sound remains the same, as well as intuitive operability, such as tone selection using two dials.

The keyboard is equipped with semi-weighted piano keys made by Italian manufacturer Fatar (no aftertouch). The body is constructed of sturdy steel, achieving a size and weight that makes it highly portable. This is a Mellotron that can be easily moved anywhere.
