SONIC's full-up volume pot eliminates signal loss when the volume is turned up to full. The FV-22 FULL-UP VOLUME POT 500kΩ 3/8"" features a 500kΩ specification that's ideal for guitars equipped with humbucking pickups with a 3/8-inch (approximately 9.5mm) pot mounting hole. When turned up to full, the circuit is bypassed, providing a completely clear, crisp, full-up sound.

With volume and tone circuits using standard potentiometers, even at full turn, some signal passes through the pot's internal circuitry, resulting in loss and a loss in the guitar's tone.
However, with Sonic's ""Full-Up Volume Pot"" and ""Full-Up Tone Pot,"" the volume and tone circuits are completely bypassed at full turn, resulting in a completely clear, full-up sound. Of course, turning down the volume or tone controls allows for conventional control.

- The Full-Up Volume knob has a metric size (7mm) body and comes with a 3/8-inch adapter. Therefore, the knob mounting is metric.
- There are no Full-Up Volume knobs that fit Gibson Les Paul Models except for the Historic Collection.
- The Full-Up Volume and Full-Up Tone knobs are dedicated to volume and tone, respectively. Please note that they cannot be used for any other purpose.
- While the Full Up Volume and Full Up Tone can be used separately, we recommend using them together to maximize their performance.
