Equipped with Lab.gruppen's latest amplifier technology, IDEEA (IntelliDrive Energy Efficient Amplifier), the E Series represents a breakthrough in both performance and durability as an installation power amplifier, enabling greener commercial installations. The compact yet energy-efficient and cost-effective E Series includes three two-channel power amplifiers: the E 4:2, E 8:2, and E 12:8.

The E Series' newly designed high-headroom universal power supply ensures stable peak performance over a 70V-265V/50Hz-60Hz operating range. The IDEEA amplifier technology, the core of the E Series, is based on Lab.gruppen's patented Class D topology, a cutting-edge design that delivers low distortion and high power with minimal mains current draw. The E Series also features a proprietary rail-sensing limiter (RSL), which instantly optimizes rail voltage based on the load. This automatically optimizes performance and energy efficiency even under asymmetric loads, such as when a small subwoofer is connected to one channel and a 70V distribution system is connected to the other.

[Energy Star/International Energy Star v2.1 Compliant Performance] IDEEA boasts high operational efficiency of over 80% and excellent energy savings thanks to its auto power-down function, achieving Energy Star/International Energy Star v2.1 compliance. After 20 minutes of no signal, the amplifier automatically enters standby mode, reducing power consumption to less than 1W. It automatically powers back on when a signal is detected. The GPIO function also allows remote control and monitoring of the power status via a third-party system.
