■ This is an all-solid model, with a solid top, sides, and back. Numerous improvements have been made to achieve beautiful tone, rich volume, and excellent response.
■ The optimal thickness of the top has been carefully researched to produce a bright sound with ample volume and excellent response. The placement of the harmonic bars has also been redesigned to achieve a balanced sound from low to high notes. Additionally, the paint on the bridge and back of the neck has been reduced in thickness by approximately half compared to previous models, transmitting rich vibration energy throughout the guitar and improving playability. Furthermore, improved precision in the processing of the bridge saddle and grooves has reduced vibration transmission loss and improved sound response. All of these improvements are the result of Yamaha's accumulated research and the skills and refinements passed down from our skilled craftsmen.
