A symbol of modern American rock. Engineer: Joe Barresi's expanded drum sound library.
■Expansion Sounds for BFD1.5.46 and BFD2
Joe Barresi is the engineer behind iconic modern American rock albums such as Tool's ""10,000 Days,"" Queens of the Stone Age's ""Lullabies To Paralyze,"" and Bad Religion's ""The Empire Strikes First.""
""Joe Barresi Evil Drums"" is a drum sound expansion for Fxpansion BFD & Toontrack Superior Drummer 2.0, containing over 70GB of material recorded in studios that Joe Barresi describes as ""two of my favorite drum rooms in LA.""
Key Features
Includes over 64 kit pieces: 6 kits + 6 additional kicks + 6 snares.
Choose from Small (20 maximum velocity layers), Medium (40 maximum velocity layers), Large (128 maximum velocity layers), or SuperSize (1 maximum velocity layer + 250 replacement samples for repeated hits of the same note).

Notes
- Prioritizing Joe Barresi's know-how, there are some differences from the original BFD specifications.
The kick drum In/Out contains a mix of both.
A compressed mono sound is assigned to the PZM fader.
The ride is on the left and the hi-hat is on the right, mixed from the audience's perspective.

During installation, you can choose from four data capacity levels based on the number of velocity layers. The smallest ""Small"" version requires 24GB (BFD version) / 3GB (SDX version) or more. The largest ""Super Size"" version requires 70GB or more of free hard disk space.
Otherwise, the basic operating environment is the same as that of the host application and BFD1.5.46/BFD2. This product is an expansion set that adds a sound library to BFD. It cannot be used without BFD.
To install this product, you will need sufficient free hard disk space for installing the library data (a 7200 RPM or higher hard disk is recommended on a separate volume from the OS and audio tracks), and you will need an internet connection when activating the product.
