■The Blues Shaman is a soft-clipping overdrive with a warm, buttery sound that emulates the tone and dynamic range of a Class A amplifier. It delivers a thick, full-bodied drive sound.
■Activating the Ascension footswitch provides a powerful gain boost, and the tone control allows you to control the high frequencies while maintaining a thick low end. Furthermore, by switching the Stack/Combo switch, you can change the character from a compact open-back combo amp to a large closed-back stack amp. This switch allows you to fatten the sound of a single pickup in Stack mode, or tighten up the sound of a humbucking pickup in Combo mode.
