The GSP-15 is an electronic earplug designed to protect the ears of those involved in rifle shooting and other shooting sports. In a quiet, noise-free environment, the earplugs allow you to hear your surroundings at their natural volume, while the noise reduction function activates when shooting sounds or other noises exceed a certain volume.

クレー射撃やライフル射撃など、銃の射撃音から耳を守るのに最適な耳栓がこの「GSP-15」。

ヘッドホンの形をしたイヤーマフはよく見かけますが、イヤーマフだと周りの音や会話が聞こえなくなったり、夏場だと頭が蒸れたり、射撃の時に邪魔になりがちです。しかし、この「GSP-15」ならそんな悩みを一気に解決。

ライフル銃の射撃音を初めて聞いた時は、その爆音にびっくりしました。
一度聞いただけで耳がキンキンしてしまうのですが、「GSP-15」を使うと射撃音の高音域が抑えられて、「少し離れたところで打ち上げ花火が上がった」のような感じになります。耳が全然キンキンしません。

しかも、周りの音や会話は「GSP-15」に内蔵されたマイクが集音してくれるので、装着したままでも普段通り周りの人達と会話ができます。
もちろん、クレーの発射音もはっきりと聞こえるので、まさかの撃ち損ないなんて心配もありません。

「GSP-15」の大きさは補聴器とほぼ同じくらい。
耳にぴったりと収まるので、イヤーマフみたいに邪魔になったり、夏場に耳が蒸れるなんて言うこともありません。一年中いつでも快適に使用できます。

装着する時は、しっかりと耳の奥に挿入して使用するのがポイントです。
装着が甘いと「GSP-15」がハウリングを起こして、せっかくの機能が台無しになってしまいます。しっかりと装着して、安全に射撃を楽しんでください。

夏場の射撃や狩猟に良さそうです

普段射撃場や猟場では電子式イヤーマフを使っているのですが、夏場は蒸れるし正確な音の方向が分かりにくい。
で、イヤープラグにも電子式は無いものかと探しまわってこちらの商品にたどり着きました。

注文から到着まで20日ほどかかりました。
取説は英語、仏語等欧州圏の言語のみで日本語はありません。

何度かクレー射撃と有害駆除で使ってみた感想です。

発砲音の遮断は屋外のクレー射撃なら良好です。屋内の射撃場は多少うるさいかもしれません。
イヤーチップは何種類も付属しているので自分にあったものが選べ、グレーのやや大きめのものが自分には合いました。

LOモードではイヤープラグ無しより周囲の音はやや小さめですが、会話程度であればあまり不自由無いです。
ただ発砲の瞬間にレベルが変わるので射撃中は少し聞き取りにくいことがあります。
HIモードはやや大きめで音の方向もよくわかるため狩猟では有効です。
また、この上に耳掛け式のイヤホンを装着して無線も問題なく聴けたので、猟場ではとても便利です。

電源のオンオフがバッテリー蓋の開け閉めなので、集中するためにオフにしたくても着けたままではできません。
OFF - LO - HIの切替が一つのスイッチならよかったです。
イヤープラグ特有のゴソゴソ音や脈動音が気になる人がいるかもしれません。
あと、左右のプラグをつなぐための付属の糸が細いため絡みやすいです。

電池は空気亜鉛電池という補聴器に使われているものです。
取説によれば約9日間継続使用可能なのですが、使わないときにオフにしても2週間ぐらいでなくなるようです。
オフの時に剥がしたシールを貼りなおすと多少伸びるようです。
また寿命は温度湿度などに影響されるらしく、また低温に弱いそうなので冬場の猟期には注意が必要かもしれません。
電池がなくなってくるとモーターボートのような警告音がします。

値段はちょっと高いですがいい買い物をしたと思います。
