FURUTECH / FI-28M(R)

This is a high-end power plug from FURUTECH. The blade section uses pure copper for high conductivity. It features an earth jumper that suppresses unwanted electromagnetic radiation generated at the connection between the blade section and the conductor inside the plug, improving sound quality. In addition to rhodium plating, it has also undergone ultra-low temperature treatment and special electromagnetic field treatment.

- The blade of the FI-28M(R) power plug is made of highly conductive pure copper. It is rhodium-plated and has undergone α-Process treatment (ultra-low temperature and special electromagnetic field treatment).
- The electrode is insulated with nylon and glass fiber mixed with vibration-damping carbon powder to effectively absorb electromagnetic vibrations.
- Equipped with an ""earth jumper"" to eliminate the potential difference between the housing and the electrode mounting screw, suppressing unwanted electromagnetic radiation generated from the connection between the blade and conductor inside the plug and improving sound quality.
★Even during normal use, cables constantly generate unwanted electromagnetic radiation and cause potential disturbances. This is most evident where the cable is bent or folded. The ""earth jumper function"" absorbs unwanted electromagnetic radiation by incorporating a copper plate that comes into contact with the mounting screws, stabilizing the potential by grounding it. This unwanted electromagnetic radiation absorption function effectively improves sound quality. It also significantly reduces electromagnetic vibration.
- The cable clamp inside the housing is made of a heavy, special metal with vibration-damping properties, which provides powerful vibration-damping effects and significantly reduces electromagnetic vibration.
