A USB dongle dedicated to Vienna Instruments license management.

■VIENNA INSTRUMENTS USB Dongle Key

This USB key is required for license management of VIENNA INSTRUMENTS products.

VSL products use a copy protection method using the ""VIENNA Key"" (USB dongle). The VIENNA Key is not included in each VSL product package and must be purchased separately.

This VIENNA Key stores (activates) the license information for your purchased VIENNA INSTRUMENTS products (STANDARD library, EXTENDED library, etc.), and must be connected to your computer to launch and use the software.

Please note that you can store (""add"") the license information for multiple VIENNA INSTRUMENTS products on a single VIENNA Key, and you can also ""move"" license information from one VIENNA Key to another, but you cannot ""share"" one license across multiple VIENNA Keys.

- An internet connection is required to download (store/activate) product license information to the Vienna Key.
- Please keep your Vienna Key safe. If you lose your Vienna Key, we will not be able to reissue the key (including the stored license information) for any reason.
- You can also use the eLicense key included with Steinberg Cubase, but please note that this is not supported.
