This portable multi-track field recorder features eight high-quality mic preamps and XLR inputs, allowing for eight simultaneous recordings at 24-bit/96kHz.

It's ideal for surround recording and multi-channel recording with multiple microphones in a variety of locations, including movies, dramas, and documentaries.
The CF card recording media provides excellent vibration resistance, environmental durability, and power savings, making it maintenance-free. The monitor mix function allows for stereo monitoring with level and pan settings, even during multi-mic recording. This monitor mix can also be recorded as a separate stereo track (at 44.1/48kHz) from the eight inputs. It also supports four-channel recording at 192kHz.
Time code input/output and video reference input are supported, ensuring reliable synchronization with video recording systems.
The lightweight aluminum housing ensures durability. The touchscreen and color LCD user interface enable simple and reliable operation.
Power can be powered by the included AC adapter, 10 AA batteries, or an NP-type battery. It also has a DC input terminal that can be used to connect an external power source.
