Pearl Reflection Plates. These stainless steel soundboards are mounted in the lug holes on the inside of the wood shell. They create a complex sound reflection, creating a sound that blends wood and metal. Set of 4.

This 0.3mm-thick stainless steel soundboard mounts to the lug holes on the inside of the wood shell.
The unique shape of the plate creates complex sound reflections inside the shell, creating an unprecedented blend of wood and metal.

[LF] Compatible with Pearl snare drums with a depth of 5-7 inches (6-7 inches for shells with reinforcement) and the following lugs.
*Cannot be attached to metal shells [LF]

*Also compatible with Pearl wood snare drums with 88mm/51mm screw hole spacing.

ちょっと驚きの製品です。

ネジ間ピッチは掛けでしたが、
さる某アメリカ有名メーカーの安価なドラムセットに付属していたスネアドラム、継続して利用していたが、流石に木材がバスウッドと呼ばれるフニャフニャな素材で、ルックス以外褒めるとこ無しのスネアドラムに仕込んだらですね。
ダメダメ、スネアを使えるラベルに引き上げてくれたのです。
皆様の中にも居るんじゃないですか?
セットで買ったドラムセットに付いてきたあまり活躍しないスネアドラム。
シェルの内側に取り付ける仕組みのため、ラグのピッチは賭けでしたが、なんと上手くハマって大変身しましたよ。
こんな安価な優れた製品出さないでください。
特に安価なスネアドラムに有りがちな立ち上がりの遅い、訛った奴に噛ませてみると、良いです。
シェル材が一定の特徴を持っているスネアドラムにはよほど嫌いなキャラクターで無い限り、こう言う手を加えるべきかは論議の的なのかも知れませんが、、、
ピッチが合わなければドリルで穴、作れば良い。

融合！

Pearlのvisionの限定に付けてみました。
ホンマに音量も音色もウッドとメタルの融合的な感じでイヤラシイ音に仕上がりました。d（^_^o）
サウンドハウスでは普通の楽器屋よりも安くで購入できるし、今回は8テンションのラグに全部装着したので送料も無料で音も価格も大変満足です！（o^^o）
コレはなかなか使えるプレートです！
