PLATINUM SAMPLES / Jim Scott Rock Drums Vol 1 for BFD

This drum expansion collection is exclusively for BFD Eco, BFD2, and BFD3. It features a selection of classic drums from the 1950s-1970s owned by Jim Scott. Performed by Chad Smith and Steve Ferrone, it was recorded using a Neve 8048 console and analog outboard equipment. It includes four kits, totaling 59 drums and cymbals.

■BFD2.1 Expansion Sound Sources

- A BFD2.1 expansion sound collection featuring the kits, studios, and engineers used by the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

- Includes kits selected by Jim Scott from his collection of classic drums from the 1950s-1970s that he owns at his studio (PLYRZ Studio). Recording was done using a Neve 8048 console and analog outboard equipment.

- Additionally, drumming by Chad Smith (Red Hot Chili Peppers) and Steve Ferrone (Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers, Eric Clapton) was recorded using a Neve 8028 console at Sound City Studios, previously used by the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Tom Petty, and Nirvana.

- The included drum sets are all actually played on albums by Robbie Robertson, Dixie Chicks, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Barenaked Ladies.

- By taking advantage of the enhanced specifications in BFD 2.1, we've added articulations and mixer channels while reducing RAM load.
