If any of the following conditions apply, the warranty will not apply and repairs will be charged.

- Repairs requiring part replacement (pads, cork, felt, springs, screws, etc.)
- Cracked or broken instrument body
- Damage caused by insufficient or necessary maintenance due to the nature of the product
- Damage caused by customer negligence (bent keys, etc.)
Wind instruments are difficult to maintain, so accidental damage to the instrument is common.
- Peeling or discoloration of plating or paint due to usage or environmental conditions
- Pad alignment and fit adjustments made more than 30 days after purchase
