Want to clarify the attack of your percussion track? Soften harsh attacks to make acoustic instrument tracks sound more natural? Leave that processing to Transient Modulator (TransMod).

TransMod is a plug-in that can emphasize or soften attacks by adjusting the transients of the material. It uses adaptive processing that follows the input signal, allowing for advanced processing with minimal parameters without compromising the quality of the original sound.

Simple adjustments to your sound are possible with Threshold, which sets the input level at which the effect begins; Deadband, which sets the processing level that is not subject to dynamic gain control; Overshoot, which adjusts the length of time for transient adjustment (small values ​​affect only the brief attack of transients); and Rise Time, which adjusts the attack time of envelope detection. The overall behavior of TransMod can be set with the Ratio slider; positive settings emphasize transients, while negative settings soften them.

Also featured is Overdrive, an engine inherited from the Inflator that prevents clipping while increasing the final sound pressure. Setting it to 100% raises the level by 6dB, but it affects the harmonic structure without causing digital clipping, adding warmth to the sound.
