Ancient ERA Persia is a cinematic sound library featuring traditional instruments from West Asia and the Middle East. From the mystical palaces of Persia to the endless desert landscapes, each note evokes the scenes of One Thousand and One Nights.

The Ancient ERA Persia library includes 28 meticulously sampled instruments, 22 more than those in the Desert Winds lineup, each possessing authentic legato, glissando, dynamic nuances, and a wide range of articulations. It also features over 1,000 percussion loops recorded at multiple tempos and rhythms. 51 soundscapes, themed around nature and ancient history such as ""desert,"" ""sky,"" and ""wind,"" layer pads and ambiences to create meditative soundscapes, and string and woodwind phrases to instantly bring your tracks to life. The microtuning module allows you to use traditional Arabic, Persian, and Turkish scales, and save your own presets.

The instrument samples are sampled in a close, low-ambience environment, resulting in crisp and clear sounds. Woodwinds, in particular, including ""ARMENIAN DUDUK,"" ""PERSIAN NEY,"" ""TURKISH NEY,"" and ""ZOURNA,"" allow for real-time switching of numerous articulations—including legato (a characteristic of these instruments and notoriously difficult to master), vibrato, trills, and various ornaments—using velocity and key switches. The legato, in particular, uses samples of actual legato playing, resulting in very smooth phrasing. Strings are included in two categories: ""Bowed Strings"" such as ""Lyra"" and ""Turkish Violin,"" and ""Plucked Strings"" such as ""Santoor"" and ""Turkish Oud."" Beyond its unique sustain texture and rich articulation, it allows you to recreate human-like performances by utilizing parameters such as picking attack and finger noise. Furthermore, woodwinds and strings can be micro-tuned to characteristic styles like Arabic and Turkish.

'Ancient ERA Persia' delivers a fantastical sound reminiscent of the ancient Orient, one of the oldest civilizations, thanks to its high quality and playability.

Strings and Winds allow switching between multiple articulations using key switches and MIDI note velocity. In addition to Mordent, Vibrato, Trill, and other instrument-specific ornamental techniques and a wide range of articulations, it also includes vibrato speed adjustment, various noise settings, and support for chromatic, Arabic, and Turkish microtuning.
