It holds the potential for complex sound creation that can be achieved with four main knobs, which is unimaginable from its simple interface. The low-shelving filter is fixed at 60Hz and can be boosted or cut.

The ""Presence"" section allows you to select from seven frequency bands from 700Hz to 5.6kHz, providing up to an 8dB boost. Additionally, the 10kHz high shelf allows for boosting or cutting near the upper limit of the frequency spectrum. An on/off switch and output gain control further expand its versatility.

Characterized by its warm, expansive midrange, the NEU-PEV reproduces the most appealing sounds, from classic to modern equipment, without requiring a rack full of vintage gear.
