・TR-808

Released in 1980, the TR-808 remains one of the most revered and popular electronic instruments of all time, and its influence continues to grow. While demonstrating a dominant presence in rap and hip-hop styles, the 808's boom, snap, and sizzle sounds are also widely used in new music genres. The 808's influence on music is immense; famous songs bear the name ""808,"" there are albums dedicated to it, bands named after it, and it has even been the subject of a feature-length documentary film.


・TR-606

The TR-606 software rhythm composer is a meticulous replica of the TR-606 Drumatix, a staple of the underground scene released in 1981, part of the famous TR series of rhythm machines. The punchy mid-range kick, bouncy toms, and sizzling hi-hats were a hit with DIY musicians, and from the 80s onward, it was used across numerous genres, from new wave and punk to electronic styles. Modern musicians continue to seek out the TR-606 as a new approach to Roland's TR sound.

* TR-909

Released in 1983, the TR-909 drum machine's influence is still heard and felt nearly 40 years after its release. Similar to the TR-808's dominance in rap and hip-hop, the TR-909 left an enduring mark on electronic music styles such as techno, house, acid, and industrial. The now-famous TR-707 rhythm composer was released in 1985. Standing alongside other classic Roland rhythm machines, this instrument has appeared in hit songs across a wide range of genres, including synth-pop, acid house, industrial, electro, indie, and alternative. Inspired by aftermarket modifications, its significantly updated plug-in sound shaping capabilities allow you to adjust tuning, decay, attack, snare, gain, sample rate, and more.

* **TR-727**
Roland released the TR-727 rhythm composer in 1985 alongside the TR-707. This beloved Latin percussion-equipped sibling has permeated a wide range of styles over decades, from tribal and acid house to pop and techno. It's also perfectly suited for Afrobeat, reggaeton, and more exotic, modern styles. The software recreates the vintage feel, and expanded tuning, decay, and other controls unlock creative possibilities.
