Modern Upright was based on the Yamaha U3 piano. It was meticulously recorded under the best conditions in a spacious public hall. This hall is built to extremely high acoustic standards and is primarily used for live broadcast performances. Its meticulous acoustics are renowned for its rich expression of medium- to long-range decays.

Modern Upright was recorded in its entirety using seven microphones in various settings. The Addictive Keys engine allows you to adjust and mix the sound of each setting, offering endless sound-creation possibilities and allowing you to precisely match the piano sound to your own sound source.
