AJH Synth / Muting Mixer & VCA black

The MiniMod Muting Mixer & VCA is a 10HP-wide 5-channel audio mixer packed with many useful features.

The mixer section features five input channels, each equipped with a two-color tactile LED switch that replicates the oscillator on/off switch of the original Model D synthesizer, enabling instant mute/unmute functionality. This layout is more convenient than standard switches, as each illuminated switch indicates the on/off status of its associated channel, and multiple buttons can be pressed simultaneously, making it extremely useful for live performances.

It also features a four-segment LED level meter, allowing you to check the overall level at a glance and adjust it to prevent output from becoming too high and causing distortion in other modules.

It also incorporates a VCA integrated into the OUT section, switchable between linear and exponential response. This allows it to function as a voltage-controlled submixer or as a standalone VCA with five inputs.

Finally, an overdrive circuit has been added, allowing you to add smooth, tube-like distortion via a switch. This functions similarly to a guitar amp's master volume, enabling significant changes to the overdrive amount by adjusting the output levels of the channels and master.
