Roasted Processing
Roasting wood reduces the moisture content to approximately 7%, resulting in a neck with a richer tone, superior strength, and stability that is less susceptible to changes in weather.

- Depending on the neck, fret filing or sanding may be necessary. This is normal and not a defect.
- To prevent the effects of moisture, we recommend applying a sealer to unpainted necks before installation.
- Roasted maple has a lower moisture content, increasing the risk of cracking. When driving screws, always measure the inner and outer diameters of the screw threads and use the appropriate drill bit. Do not force a screw into a hole drilled with an inappropriate drill bit.
