This iconic '80s polysynth is brought back to life with a modern twist, featuring a chorus effect for use with the Amp Room guitar and bass platform, seven modules for the Modular modular platform, and artist presets covering retro to modern sounds.

Softube-Quality Emulation
As with all Softube products, the Model 84 Polyphonic Synthesizer was painstakingly modeled.
The result is a voice allocation mode and an EQ that boosts the low frequencies to add punch to basslines, reflecting the iconic hardware of the era.
A meticulously recreated unison phase brings the six-voice, ultra-thick lead sound to the modern era.

Software-Only Additional Features
The Model 84 wouldn't be complete without its control capabilities. The expanded unison mode lets you control sync, creating a more defined attack at the start of each note.
Velocity and aftertouch affect the amp, filter, and pulse width for a more dynamic performance.
Additionally, the expanded control panel now includes velocity and aftertouch parameters, making fine-tuning your sound even easier.

Presets let you get the authentic sounds of the ""Decade of Greed"" without even turning a knob.
The Model 84 includes both original presets and compelling new artist-created presets. Quickly access classic sounds, original patches, distorted bass sounds, and synthwave sounds found on countless albums, both classic and modern.
Also available are fantastic artist presets, ranging from retro sounds to modern fat, wide, and crisp leads.
